How do I return an item?

Happy Vaper guarantees our starter kits and replacement parts for 14 days against DOA (Dead On Arrival) and defects. 
If you experience a problem, please try the following:
  1. Take a look at our FAQ section.  It may have the solution to your problem
  2. Contact us via help@happyvaper.com and let us know what the problem is.  We may have suggestions on how to resolve your issue.
  3. If we canít resolve the problem, we will ask you to mail the part back to us, and once we receive the defective part, we will mail out a replacement.
  4. If you donít want to wait, we can mail a replacement part right away by charging you for the part and reimbursing you, once the defective part is received.
Please note that we cannot take back carts, liquid, or DIY supplies for hygienic reasons.
