We offer a 14-Day Warranty on Defective Merchandise


Due to the time and care we use in selecting our product lines and manufacturers, we are able to ensure the products we sell are of the highest quality. In the rare event your device has an issue, Happy Vaper will exchange defective items purchased within 14 days with the exception of the items listed below.

This warranty / return policy does not cover e-liquids, cartridges, cartomizers, or atomizers. Atomizers and cartomizers have a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge if you notify us within 2 days of receiving shipment. All purchases of e-liquids, drip tips and cartridges are final; we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items due to health concerns.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order from the by contacting us at happyvaper.com or by calling us at 888-696-3697 and obtaining an RMA#. For exchanges, all merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging. Many manufacturers (including but not exclusive to Joyetech & Eleaf) require the serial number sticker be provided for any warranty work. The serial number is on the outside of the packaging and not the product. Please ensure you do not dispose of the original packaging during the warranty period. We do not refund for open cartridge packs, any e-Liquid's, or shipping cost for your order. If you return a starter kit for a refund please do not return open cartridge packs (only return full unopened packs of 5) or liquid. Your refund will be calculated once we receive your package and we'll contact you with the refund total. A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from your refund total.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Returned merchandise should be packed carefully, it's best to wrap the parts in bubble wrap or a paper towel and tape then send in a bubble-mailing folder. Please make sure the RMA # is clearly written on the outside of the package. We recommend returns be shipped with a tracking number to enable you to confirm we received the shipment.

Battery failures caused by liquid in battery due to overfilling cartridges/cartomizers, electrical shorts due to not keeping the thread connectors on atomizers, cartomizers, chargers and battery clean and dry, and/or battery failure due to charging before batteries are dead or charging in PCC while PCC is plugged into AC adapter will not be covered under warranty. We test all products to ensure the failure was due to a manufacturer defect and not miss-use of the product. Many of our batteries have an internal memory chip that we use to extract production date, charge, and usage data from to help us determine the cause of the failure. Once we determine the failure is due to a manufacturer defect will replace the product.
